Why we made this

Ask the internet whether Lidl delivers and you get a straight no, which is true and not much help. Plenty of people do get their Lidl shopping brought home every week. They just do it a different way.

So we started making a page for every Lidl in the country, showing the neighbourhoods each store can reach and the ways to get a delivery there. Hundreds are up already and we are adding more every week. If you have ever stood in a car park with more bags than hands, this is for you.

We are not Lidl

We should say this plainly: we are an independent guide and we have nothing to do with Lidl. We are not owned by them, not paid by them, and we do not speak for them. We just think their shops are good and that more people should be able to reach one.

Nobody pays to appear on this site, and every store in the country gets a page whether we like it or not.

One thing to be open about

We mention Taskerama on these pages as a place to find someone local to do your shop. It is run by the same people as this site, so we are hardly impartial about it. We think it is genuinely useful, which is why it is here, but you should know the connection and judge it for yourself. There are other ways to find a local helper and they work just as well.

Spotted something wrong?

Shops move, hours change and we will get things wrong from time to time. If you see a mistake, please tell us and we will put it right. No forms to fill in twice, no runaround. A real person reads every message.
